This reusable instant hot pack is great to have on hand for simple, easy-to-use relief of sore muscles, joints, arthritis and a variety of other discomforts. Also ideal as gift or premium with multi-color print designs available.
Flex metal disc back and forth until crystals are formed. Knead heat pack to soften. To recharge, Wrap crystallized pack in cloth. Place wrapped heat pack in a pot of boiling water. Continue to boil for 5 minutes to original liquid state. Carefully remove pack from water and allow to cool. (If any crystals remain, pack may re-solidify. If so, continue boiling until pack is all returned to liquid state.) Heat pack is ready to reuse.
